The location was excellent and the staff was absolutely amazing during the whole stay! The rooms were updated and amazingly comfortable and had a particularly good bathroom.

had good sleep at the superior room with double bed. there were a balcony, a safe box, and coffee provided. it was in a great and unbeatable location short walk to a supermarket, bus station, and transport to venice marathon on the sunday.

Friendly and accommodating hotel staff.

The room was prepared only for one person, despite my reservation for two. This meant I had to request additional towels and toiletries-which was frustrating. The room lacked basic amenities, and the quality of the towels was subpar, with an unpleasant smell. I expected much more for what we paid.

The room smells musty in despite an unbearable flavoring spray. The quadruple room has an uncomfortable ironbunk bed it is impossible to sleep there. The air conditioning is nsufficient to cool room. If you open the roon window an invasion mosquitoes occours They serve stale breads for breakfast.

The breakfast was good, especially the homemade rolls, made mornings special! Nearby dining options were a hit, with Fast Sushi and Il Tinello just a stroll away. Plus, the air conditioning kept the room blissfully cool during hot days.

Air condition was not working effectively at all.

Venice and other attractions, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The staff were helpful, our stay was enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean, although noise from nearby trains might disturb light sleepers.

Room was large and clean. Bus to Venice leaves from the frontside of the hotel (single ticket only EUR 1,20). Private car parking was perfect.

When we arrived the staff at the reception could only speek Italian. No English, no German.

Great breakfasts with coffee, cereal, pastries, fruit and cheese...

Chur, the staff were choice, heaps helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast could have had more fresh options, but the comfy room was a sweet plus!

we liked private parking, quite neighbourhood,the vicinity of bus stop and the possibility of buying bus tickets at the hotel

Rooms are very comfort and very clean. Location is OK and the bus stop to Venice is just in front of the hotel. Free car park is great advantage. Price is reasonable .

Stuff was a little bit restrained and they don't speak english. Poor breakfast.
